Real estate has fascinated JD for years. Initially, he wanted to be a real estate investor doing house flips just like on TV! That turned out to be easier said than done and as he freely admits, he's learned a lot along the way.
JD and his wife are both veterans and decided to stay in San Diego after they departed from the military. Their goal is to simplify the home buying process in the complex San Diego market as they discovered how complicated it can become when using a VA loan. JD decided to become a Realtor in order to help service members and veterans have a smoother Real estate buying process. JD thinks of himself as having an investor's mindset when looking at homes which he says is especially of value to buyers.
